Oats have fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins.In other words, those who feel less hungry eat less.

But, after all, does oatmeal water lose weight? There is no proof that oatmeal by itself is effective for slimming and losing weight without analyzing the context of the diet as a whole.

Oatmeal Water Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 5 cups of water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground or powdered ginger

Directions

In a blender, place the oats with two cups of water and blend until smooth. Using a sieve, pour all the liquid into a jar.

Then add the remaining cups of water, straining the contents through a sieve as well. Then pour the drink into a glass and add ¼ teaspoon of ground or powdered ginger.

Finally, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour and then consume your drink immediately.
