What are the benefits of purple garlic?

A serving of about 28g of purple garlic contains:

How to store?

They last a long time: they can stay up to three months in a cool, humidity-free environment. Storing them in closed jars, however, increases the chance of mold, unless they are peeled or immersed in olive oil, in which case it is best to leave them in the refrigerator.
