How to do the massage

To perform a self-massage, start with a "back and forth" pressure on the head with your fingertips, moving the entire scalp.

Next, make circles around the temples (sides of the face) with moderate pressure and, finally, place your hands in a shell shape on your face. Stay in the same position for a few minutes, with your eyes closed.

The ideal is that the technique be done for five minutes, two to three times a week, preferably before washing the hair, since the massage tends to stimulate oiliness in the region.
